Being a fitness model isnt something you say youre going to be and then suddenly you are one. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, will power and, most of all, it takes good genes. If you have good genes, however, and you want to be a fitness model, well then you better get your priorities in check because you have a long road ahead of you.

You can work out every day until youre blue in the face and if youre not eating right, youre just wasting your energy.
